Thanks a bunch John.
I live in Northwest Montana, and believe it or not I've run into 2 former Herks. I can't remember the name of one gent, but he was a pilot and ran the 130 school at Eltoro, in 64-65 time frame. I taught his weight and balance class for awhile. The other was a mech. His name is Luke Dunlap, he used to be a grunt and had a voice that if you ever met him, you'd know who it was. Haven't seen him for a while. Anyway, thanks again.

Hi John,
Not sure if our paths crossed or not, I may have been the ARO class after you. Same route however. VMGR-352, then Iwakuni, the move to Futama, and of course in country.
Was hoping you might know the RO who was my best man at our wedding 46 years ago. His name is Michael Koehler (big Mike). Been trying to find him for years, without any luck. I've probably called 50 Mike Koehlers, but none were Mike. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Take care and Semper Fi
