Participants further release www.marinebattleherk.com, its affiliates and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating the participant's submission. We will assume that any people in your photos have already given you permission to appear. All photographs digitally submitted become the property of www.marinebattleherk.com and will not be returned to the submitter.
